Attorney Sarah Smith received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida in 2020. Ms. Smith then received her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2023.

During her time in law school, she made the Dean’s List every semester while working simultaneously as a judicial intern or as a law clerk in personal injury.

After graduating from FIU Law, she relocated to West Virginia and was admitted to practice law in the State of West Virginia in October of 2023.

Attorney Smith currently resides in Morgantown, West Virginia, with her partner and their cat, Stormi. In her free time, Ms. Smith enjoys watching college football (Go Gators!), exploring the beautiful nature that West Virginia has to offer, and spending time with friends and family.
