Attorney Melissa Roman

Attorney Melissa Roman was admitted to practice law in 2007 and is licensed in state and federal court in West Virginia. She is a 2002 graduate of West Virginia State University and a 2007 graduate of West Virginia University College of Law, where she was also an officer for Public Interest Advocates. Mrs. Roman has litigation experience in a variety of civil cases, including personal injury, civil rights and governmental torts, products liability, environmental class actions, oil and gas law, real estate law, wills and estates, business law and contracts. Attorney Roman has successfully represented clients to the West Virginia State Supreme Court and has completed basic mediator training.
She resides in Mount Clare, West Virginia, with her husband and son. In her spare time, she enjoys Mountaineer sporting events, traveling and playing piano.
